Qualifications:

• 5 years’ experience as a commercial construction superintendent.
• Must be familiar with construction means, methods, and terminology.
• Must be able to read and understand plans and specifications.
• Preferred experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Project and Procore
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage in a fast-paced environment

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee all functions of project construction.
• Hold meetings with subcontractors.
• Create and maintain project schedule.
• Manage daily activities of subcontractors.
• Manage all inspections for projects.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant job site.
• Ensure compliance with all State and Federal regulations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
