Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Superintendent with 5 plus years of Multi-Family experience to join our construction team.

As a Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and possess excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all construction activities on-site
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project milestones are met
- Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera or similar software
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure timely completion
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to safety regulations
- Review and interpret construction drawings, schematics, and specifications
- Collaborate with the project team to develop and implement effective construction strategies
- Oversee budgeting, cost control, and change order management
- Utilize construction management software such as Procore, or Bluebeam,
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff members

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
- Proficiency in Primavera or similar scheduling software
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to read and interpret construction documents, schematics, and blueprints
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to effectively manage a diverse team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
