Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Superintendent to join our construction team. As an Assistant Superintendent, you will work closely with the Superintendent to oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and a deep understanding of construction management.

Duties:

One -Three years Experience in Commercial Construction

Assist the Superintendent in planning, organizing, and coordinating construction projects from start to finish
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents
- Manage and supervise construction crews and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and contract requirements
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to address any issues or concerns
- Implement and enforce safety protocols in accordance with OSHA regulations
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project standards
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, progress updates, and change orders
- Assist in the preparation of project schedules using construction management software such as Primavera

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of construction management principles and practices
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpretation
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize workloads
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate teams
- Familiarity with construction management software such as Primavera
- Knowledge of contract administration and project budgeting
- Understanding of OSHA regulations and safety protocols
