We are looking for an organized, patient, and attentive candidate to work as the Tenant Relations Manager for a local property management company, located in Downtown Ithaca.

You will be the main point of contact for all incoming/outgoing communications through email and phone, as well as walk-ins. As the office receptionist, you will accept rent payments, and give receipts as necessary. You will schedule showings, inspections and maintenance and give proper notification to tenants. You will work closely with the Property Manager and Leasing Agent to keep operations running smoothly. Training will be provided.

This is a full-time position. Office hours are Monday – Thursday 9 AM – 4 PM, and Friday 10 AM – 2 PM. Up to 1-hour lunch break and paid holidays off. Sick Personal time offered, depending on time spent at company. Pay is dependent on experience. We are a Certified Living Wage Employer with the Tompkins County Worker’s Center.
