ResponsibilitiesManually underwrite Jumbo/Super Jumbo/non-QM correspondent mortgage loans in a timely manner to ensure that loan meets all product and property guidelines of company and Investors.
Meet all established loan policies, credit limits and regulatory requirements.
QualificationsAt least 3/ years of Jumbo Loans.
Wholesale & Retail Environments Experience.Lending/Signing Authority experience.
SKILLED IN...
non-QM loans
Signing authority
Direct communication experience with Brokers/Lenders/Investors.
Knowledgeable about certifications.
Job RequirementsAbility to work from home.
Computer and Internet.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS/CONDITIONS: General office environment. Some lifting and bending required.
PAYMENT: $125.00 to $200.00per loan signing appointment
