CertaPro Painters of Nashua and Westford (an independently owned and operated CertaPro Painters franchisee) is looking for a temporary part time office associate.
Supporting our office team to service all prospective and existing customers to exceed their painting needs and create customers for life.
This position is located in our Nashua office. This position is approximately 20 hours per week and needed until September.
It may be extended based on business needs.
Position Overview :
Provide support to the following functions : Sales, Production, Financial, Administrative
Responsibilities :
Answer the phones and coordinate messages and tasks with office team.
Update and keep CRM accurate daily. This includes changing the job status, updating customer contact information, scheduling appointments etc.
Create job folders, files and documents needed for each job.
Process all mail.
Maintain professional presentation of the office.
Order supplies for the office and others as required.
Maintain vendor relations and files for insurance, phone companies, subcontractors, etc.
