Cerkl is seeking a go-getter who's curious about technology, likes to build relationships, and loves using empathy-first problem-solving.

As a CS team member, you'll be one of the primary faces of Cerkl for our customers. Not only would you answer questions about our product, but you'll also be helping communications teams reach their organizational goals and educating our clients on new releases and features. **As a Success Specialist at Cerkl, we expect a few things:**

* Build relationships with customers to understand how clients use our product to provide tailored solutions to their use cases.

* Use analytical, collaborative, and innovative approaches to create solutions to help customers achieve their desired goals.

* Fully supporting the customer XP, including updating our customer-facing Knowledge Base articles and educating clients on new releases and best practices for Cerkl Broadcast.

* Proactively troubleshoot technical issues for incoming support inquiries, accurately diagnose them, and escalate bugs/feature requests to the appropriate internal teams.

* Draw out rooted customer insights about our product and collaborate with our CS, Product, and Tech team to best improve our product.

** Skills Knowledge and Expertise**

**Required Skills:**

* You're an empathy-driven, people-person.

* You have a passion for problem-solving.

* You have experience with customer service or support across any industry.

* You've got a strong sense of curiosity. We love questions!

**Desired Skills:**

* Basic understanding of software or previous SaaS/B2B experience (not required).

* Basic HTML or JavaScript knowledge (not required).

* Strong written and verbal communication.
