In this role, you will support the Aeronautics, Sustainment Operations' Supply Operations and Logistics (SO&L) team. You as an experienced individual will manage the execution of dynamic, complex sustainment contracts/ requirements for international and domestic customers. What You Will Be Doing As the IFG Kit Management Team Lead - Level 4, you will be responsible for the execution for Items/Kit Management Cost, Schedule, and Technical Performance. Your responsibilities will include: Supply Analysis, Demand Forecast, Configuration Management, Execution of Engineering Design/ Field Configuration Change Requests. Risk/ Risk Mitigation Management for Supply Operations and Logistics contracted deliverables, functional and support areas Items/Kit Management, SAP Sales Orders Management, Contract/Requirements Management, Performance Management and Metrics, Forecast/Proposal Development, Basis of Estimates, Earned Value Management of all contracted elements within a Weapons Systems Sustainment Life Cycle You will be responsible to establish collaborative business approach and working relationship with Lockheed Martin Team and Suppliers/ Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), and 3PL Logistics Service Providers Must be a US Citizen What's In It For You: 3 day weekends every weekend! Basic Qualifications: Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education Previous experience with supply and logistics support systems, contract negotiations, or sub-contract knowledge, and/or financial management gained through transactional based, CLS, and/or performance based supply and logistics aerospace programs Ability manage digital and innovation operational aspects of ongoing projects (i.e. robotic process automation/RPA, metrics, dashboards, reporting tools) and serve as a liaison between program/ project management, contracts, functional and/or support teams Ability to perform at a high-level within a dynamic, complex, multi-priority business environment Experience leading new initiatives and development of transactional based, CLS, and or performance based supply and logistics programs
Desired Skills: Excellent verbal, written, and telecommuting communication skills and presentation skills Experience in managing costs within Earned Value Management System (EVMS) and budgetary constraints Proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Office applications, including Skype, Project, Visio, and Access. Additionally, SharePoint, Box, Tableau, and Slack Previous experience with IFG Program portfolio, specifically F-22 programs, strongly preferred. Previous experience with F-35 Program portfolio welcomed. Previous experience with kitting operations strongly preferred Understanding of U.S. Department of Defense projects and experience with both domestic and international suppliers is highly desired Understanding of Root Cause/ Corrective Action analysis as applied to supplier performance Understanding of Import/ Export ITAR compliance and processes

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
