We are a reputable vehicle films protection shop located in Orange, CA. Our shop is currently hiring (1) full-time EXPERIENCED customer service rep/front desk/sales associate/personal assistant to be a part of our growing team. Hours are Tuesday-Saturday from 8am-5pm. Full time 40 hour week. 1 hour lunch. You will have one co-worker during your all your shifts who can assist you if you have any questions and provide training to be successful in this position.

Duties include:

- Answer incoming phone calls and help customers decide which service(s) they want

- Inspect quality of work to ensure customer satisfaction

-Create contracts, get signatures, take payments

-Assist with addressing customer complaints

-Follow up with appointments and potential clients.

- Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner

- Responding to customers through message, text or email (About 70% of the job)

-Assist in developing website (We will teach you)

-Assist with social media marketing. For example, take photos of completed work and post on Instagram etc.

-Assist or lead in Ad Hoc general office requests

-Selling shop services to clients. No cold calling, they will call us because they are already interested in our services.

-Assist owner in: paperwork, phone calls, scheduling, calendar appt, reminders, filing, organization, etc

-Drive to store for supplies/errands

Qualifications:
- Must have reception or sales experience and have the ability to speak to customers with respect and professionalism.

-Excellent communication skills, phone etiquette, problem solver.

-Basic computer skills: typing, windows, google products, basic spreadsheets

-Must be reliable

-Long term oriented. We are looking for someone long term to grow with us

Work Environment:
- All work to be performed inside of our shop. Our shop is equipped with AIR CONDITIONING for those hot summer days. Excellent work environment.
- Requires sitting for extended periods of time
