Scope:

• Reports to Park Supervisor
• Daily operation of Registration desk and Sports Center

Responsibilities:

• Answer telephones
• Use NewBook online software to make campsite reservations
• Use Active software for shelter rentals and camp registrations
• Daily cleaning tasks
• Maintain cleanliness of Sports Center
• Organize and maintain Campstore
• Communicate with Supervisor on guest needs
• Communicate with guests

Requirements

• Must be able to work nights and weekends
• Must be 16
• Must have good written and verbal communication skills
