CEPRES 2024 Internship Program Opportunity is Now Open!
Duration: Six Months
Program Description: A six-month internship crafted to offer an exciting, and enjoyable experience that mirrors the daily life of an Analyst at CEPRES. You’ll have real-world responsibilities while engaging in activities and projects that allow for your professional development, networking and provide opportunities for social interaction. Our internship will help you learn and sharpen a bunch of skills including investment data management and analytics, project management, building client relationships, documentation, and presentation skills.
Our Internship Program offers candidates the opportunity to work for the first platform built for the age of digital transformation in private equity. We bring together some of the most successful and influential private equity companies on a single platform, unlocking real-time analytics and decision-making while maximizing investors’ return on money.
Internship Scope & What Should You Expect to Learn:
You will start with an orientation to help you learn more about CEPRES – our vision, purpose, core values, products, clients, and culture.
You’ll receive formal on-the-job training for 6-7 days on the fundamentals of “Managing Investment Data and its analytics and learn how would this directly contribute to maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.”
You’ll then join your team and work collaboratively with analysts and cross functional teams across the globe to:
  • Manage scheduleManage/analyze client investment data with accuracy and in a timely manner
  • Manage data analytics-related projects in terms of setting goals, delivery schedules, and project status/updates to ensure seamless execution of project deliverables
  • Professionally present CEPRES solutions (through descriptive documentations/presentations) to both current and potential clients, contributing significantly to the positioning of our offerings in the market
  • Cultivate trusted client relationships through providing high quality data processing

Requirements

  • Master’s Degree preferred (Finance, Economics, Accounting, Computer Science or related field working with big data)
  • Excellent English skills (written & communication)
  • Good understanding of Corporate Finance, especially the Private Equity industry (Financial Statements, Private Market Transactions, etc.)
  • Strong data analysis skills to conduct scaled analysis (Advanced Excel - VBA Beneficial, Python, SQL knowledge a strong plus)
  • Prior Intern Experience in M&A or leverage finance transactions, or investment banking preferred)
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Ability to analyze financial data fast and efficiently, familiarity with accounting topics (i.e. data reconciliation)
