Responsibilities:

• Supports the Procurement Manager
• Completes and maintains purchase orders for raw materials and packaging components.
• Contacts vendors to follow up on later or missing shipments.
• Leads weekly open report using Excel spreadsheet for data review.
• Monitors inventory levels and review safety stock, order frequency, and lot size.
• Assists in finding spot buys when regular material provider is unable to supply.
• Supports production planning with administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong clerical, mathematical, client service, relationship management, and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze and interpret data.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• 1 year of experience in purchasing or marketing field.
• English is required for this position.
• SAP knowledge a plus
