• Maintains calibration program including coordination of outside services.
• Coordinates execution of Gage R&R and capability studies including scheduling of resources, part availability and data entry.
• Compiles information necessary for customer PPAP submissions.
• Issues Quality Alerts with Quality Engineer’s direction and maintains system coordination between job folders, master binder, and inspection folders.
• Generates quarterly capability summaries for required customer facilities and reviews data for stability and limit recalculation as necessary.
• Maintains the Quality Communication Board’s daily/weekly/monthly metrics.
• Responsible for ballooning part drawings and preparing dimensional report templates. Will enter layout results to report and review for accuracy.
• Must be able to backfill for inspectors (vacation/illness) and Quality Engineers.

• Issue Defective Material Notices (DMR) to suppliers with Quality Engineer’s direction and facilitate supplier containment activities.
• Input GP-12 containment data for analysis by Quality Engineers.

Education and/or Experience:

Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Computer Skills:

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; ANSTAT software; GD&T; SPC and Variation; Ability to learn new software as needed.
