Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Weekend Breakfast Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and maintaining the breakfast buffet, ensuring cleanliness, and providing excellent customer service to our guests.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and set up the breakfast buffet according to hotel standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area
- Replenish food and beverages as needed
- Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist in bussing tables and clearing dishes
- Handle cash transactions for any applicable charges

Experience:

- Prior experience in a hotel or restaurant setting is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Experience with meal preparation and serving
- Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus
- Basic knife skills for food preparation
