Job Responsibilities:

As a Commercial Lighting / Electrical Service Technician, your role will encompass:

· Exterior and Interior Lighting Repairs and Contracted Services

· Basic Troubleshooting on Lighting Systems

· Site Lighting Mapping & Indexing

· LED Upgrades, Services & Replacements

· Light Pole Replacements & Density Testing

· Exterior Site Lighting Lens Wash

· EXIT Sign Service and Repairs

· Emergency Fixture Testing & Repairs

· Controls Upgrades, Service, and Repairs (Photocells, Timeclocks, EMS / BMS Systems)

· Monument & Pylon Sign Service and Repairs

· Trim, Cove, and String Lighting Installations
