Wound Care Assistant-Murphy, NC

• Must be a Certified NAII and Med Aide
• Measure and record residents height and weight
• Care for incontinent residents following facility protocol
• Collection of blood samples (phlebotomy)
• assemble/Flush tubing during set up
• Site care/dressing change
• Removal of IV access device (peripheral only)
• Assist in daily requirements and tasks in care and treatment of residents, responding to call lights and resident needs, etc.
• Admission/ discharge of residents
• post mortem care
• Assist with execution of resident assessment and plan of care.
• Work to provide physical comfort, safety and mental well being of residents within scope of practice.
