Home-Based - Clinical Nurse Liaison

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to become a liaison between our nine skilled nursing facilities and the management office. This position will provide clinical education, leadership, and support to nurse management for multiple Nursing Homes. The employee’s office will be located in their home with the majority of work occurring on-site in the assigned facilities. The ideal candidate will have multi-site experience in long-term care, be compassionate and caring, able to travel daily with some overnight stays, handle multiple priorities, work flexible hours, and motivate staff.

Prefer BSN (or RN with non-nursing bachelors). Current North Carolina license as a Professional Registered Nurse required.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills:

• Experience as DON, Quality Management or similar role

• Minimum of two years’ experience in Long Term Care

• Wound Management and Infection Control experience preferred

• Experience with State Certifications with Positive Outcomes

• Attendance and participation in complaint and recertification surveys required

• Ability to communicate effectively with staff and all levels of the organization

• Ability to organize and prioritize clinical concerns and provide next steps/resolution

• Ability to complete tasks accurately, concisely, and timely

• Ability to work cooperatively and independently as a member of a team

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office

• Valid NC driver’s license and reliable transportation with acceptable Driving history.
