Crystal Bluffs Rehabilitation and Health Care Center is a leader in rehabilitative and long-term healthcare. We currently have an opportunity for an energetic Activities Assistant at our facility, located at the Crystal Coast of Morehaed City, NC 
This position will provide leadership to the facility in all areas of resident life enrichment activities while focusing on individual needs and quality of life.The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable and adaptable in utilizing facility and community resources to build a program that recognizes the individuality of each resident.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work well with diverse population (residents, families and staff)
• Demonstrated ability to think creatively in designing group and individualizedresident activities programs
• Knowledgeable of Activities role in the MDS assessment process
• Ability to plan,organize, prioritize and implement programming
• Demonstrated self-motivation, self-direction andflexibility and ability to problem solve meet deadlines
• Ability to communicate effectively with staff and all levels of the organization
• Ability to understand and manage a departmental budget
• Ability to work cooperatively as a member of a team
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office
• Valid NC drivers license and good driving record for the last three years.
