We are currently seeking a highly motivated, and talented Dispatcher/Administrative Assistant to join our team.

The Dispatcher is responsible for prioritizing and coordinating all Service Communication activities. The candidate we are looking for must be an excellent communicator, have a positive attitude, and be self-motivated. Must be flexible, able to multi-task, problem solve and have the capacity to work calmly in a fast paced environment.

Primary Job Function: To manage the service operations of the company. This includes:

• overseeing the daily dispatching and efficiencies of the service technicians and department;
• customer relations;
• reviewing all billing and warranty claims;
• maintaining the service technicians' daily schedules, dispatching the technicians as service calls are completed, and scheduling return trips with customers when parts are received.
• maintaining the on call schedule for service technicians;
• maintaining customer database;
• exhibiting clear and concise communications with department managers, employees and company customers, including keeping customers apprised as to company schedule and requested lead-times.

Job Requirements:

• Must have some experience in construction or mechanical services.
• Good customer service skills.
• Clean driving record and valid drivers license.
• Salary is based on experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
