We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Training & Development Manager to join our amazing team! As a Training Manager, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive training programs for our agents and staff. Your expertise in real estate, combined with your passion for teaching and development, will play a vital role in enhancing our team's skills, knowledge, and overall performance. Compensation:

Compensation:

$55,000 - $65,000

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a strategic training plan to address the learning and development needs of our real estate agents and staff.
  • Design and deliver training programs, both in-person and through online platforms, to enhance the professional skills of our team members.
  • Create engaging training materials, presentations, and resources that effectively communicate real estate concepts, best practices, and industry trends.
  • Conduct new hire onboarding training to ensure a smooth transition and integration for new agents and staff members.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop specialized training modules on topics such as contracts, negotiations, marketing, and client management.
  • Stay up to date with changes in real estate laws, regulations, and industry practices and incorporate this information into training materials and programs.
  • Monitor training program effectiveness, gather feedback, and make improvements to ensure maximum impact and engagement.
  • Provide individual coaching and support to agents and staff to address specific learning needs and improve performance.
  • Evaluate and select external training vendors and resources as needed, and manage relationships with these providers.
  • Keep accurate records of training activities, participant progress, and program evaluations.
  • Stay informed about emerging training technologies and methodologies and recommend innovative approaches to enhance the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Collaborate with the HR department to align training initiatives with overall organizational goals and performance management processes.
  • Build strong relationships with local agents, spending 2-3 hours each day fostering connections and showcasing how C21 Vanguard can help them achieve their business goals
  • Provide sales coaching and support to our roster of Sales Agents
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of Real Estate Sales Experience or Related Sales Management Experience
  • Proven track record in designing and delivering effective training programs, preferably in real estate or related field.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire learners.
  • Proficiency in utilizing various training delivery methods, including in-person, online, and blended learning approaches.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate training needs, measure training effectiveness, and adjust programs accordingly.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with team members at all levels.
  • Professional demeanor and the ability to represent the company and its values effectively.
  • Must Hold a Current NC Real Estate License in good standing. BIC eligibility is preferred.
