We are seeking a Marketing & Productivity Manager for our Fredericksburg, VA office! Between base salary and commissions, this position has the potential to earn six-figures annually.
Job Responsibilities:
Recruit new and experienced agents to Redwood
Assist the agents assigned to your office in utilizing company resources to grow their business
Proficiency in any essential skill, program or tool as directed by the company
Be the field liaison between our corporate staff and our agents: you are the first person agents in your office go to with questions
Proactively engage agents with offers for assistance
Assist agents with the completion and execution of agent business plans
Help promote events, training and company policy announcements to agents through weekly update emails and social media posts to groups
Facilitate agent onboarding tasks
Hold office training and workshops on Redwood Systems
Attend, participate and present in sales meetings
Coordinate vendors and guests for their participation in weekly sales meetings
Promote the company culture and core values; be positive, dynamic and supportive
Greet all visitors and agents as they arrive at the office, and answer incoming calls
Maintain office inventory of supplies
Scan and deposit all checks on the same business day they arrive
Participate in the improvement of company systems, processes, and procedures through regular discussions with Field Management
Monitor office security and safety and surface the need for any improvements
Operate your office’s mailroom; sort and deliver incoming mail; drop outgoing packages into nearest dropbox
Be trained on and reach minimum proficiency requirements on all company systems and procedures
Perform routine office maintenance on a daily, weekly and monthly basis, e.g., lights, office cleanliness, plants watered
Schedule unexpected office maintenance, e.g., facility repairs
Other duties as assigned by EVP
Qualifications
At least 3 years experience in the Real Estate industry
3 years Office Administration experience
2 years experience in a recruitment position
Exemplary customer service skills
Strong negotiation skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to think strategically
