Century 21 Harman Realty is Hiring a Real Estate Transaction Coordinator/Office Assistant 1:00pm-5:00pm MWF, 1:00pm-5:30pm TTH Near Orem, UT

Part-time Secretary/Receptionist needed for established Real Estate Brokerage in Orem. Responsibilities range from various administrative functions including, but not limited to:

· Answering phones and directing calls as needed

· Organizing, filing, and submitting paperwork for file compliance

· Facilitating data entry

· Overseeing all clerical and administrative support for real estate agents in order to optimize daily workflow procedures in the office

· Administrative duties for affiliated pre-licensing school, Harman Real Estate Academy

· Greeting clients, answering inquires, & handling general customer service support for clients, agents, and students

Interest or experience in Social Media or Marketing is a plus.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Content and Campaign Development.
  • Advertisement Scheduling.
  • Editing.
  • Interact with stakeholders and customers through social media accounts.
  • Research social media trends.
  • Produce advertisements on digital billboard.

The qualified applicant will commit to at least one year, be punctual, detailed oriented, honest, self-motivated, reliable, and proficient in Microsoft Office. Ability to work independently as well as with others is a must. Some administrative experience is preferred.

The position also includes overseeing all administrative duties for our affiliated pre-licensing school, Harman Real Estate Academy. The ideal candidate will make an excellent representative of our academy and is capable of troubleshooting minor technical issues for students.

20 hours per/week - Morning (9:00-1:00) Monday-Friday

Base pay is $14/hour Commission on Real Estate School sales - Earn up to $17-$18 per hour because of commissions.
