Centurion Selection is Hiring a Contract Administrator Near Rockville, MD

Contract Administrator - Rockville, MD

$50,000 to $70,000.

Works with Project manager to compile subcontracts and material contracts for approval, distribution, and execution during Project Buyout

· Assist in execution of change orders

· Provide W-9’s and COI’s to Accounting to setup new Subs and Vendors

· Set up subcontracts in Procore

· Manage subcontract and change order uploads in Procore

· Manage subcontract and change order approvals in Procore and Yardi

· Manage subcontractors in Textura (monitor for compliance)

· Open Draws in Textura for Subcontractors monthly Pay Applications

· Collect and track lien waivers (Subs & Lower Tiers) through Textura

· Assist Subcontractors with billing and insurance questions

· Track subcontractor certificates of insurance in Textura

· Attend monthly OCIP (Owner Controlled Insurance Plan) calls

· Works closely with Alliant Insurance Services – OCIP Administrator

· Process weekly invoices for assigned projects

· Disburse payment to Subcontractors in Textura upon project funding each month

· Prepare checks on demand

· Prepare joint check agreements

· Prepare standard letters of credit & complete project information sheets

· Update forecasts in Yardi for monthly Production Report

· Maintain subcontract files on the network

· Assist in project closeout

· Make sure administrative policies and procedures that are currently in place are followed by the Project Team and Subcontractors

· Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
