We are currently seeking a VP Workforce Management to join our Human Resources team. The Vice President of Workforce Management (Corporate) is tasked with developing and implementing strategies for workforce management that align with the company's overall business goals and operational needs.

Qualifications

Education/Credentials/Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; Master’s degree strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in an operational leadership role within healthcare, with a preference for experience in correctional healthcare settings.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing workforce management strategies that have significantly improved operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in using data to inform operational strategies and decisions.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards achieving operational excellence.
• Deep understanding of the regulatory and compliance environment of correctional and healthcare facilities.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and initiatives, driving them from conception through to implementation and evaluation.
