Centurion is proud to be the provider of comprehensive healthcare services to the Indiana Department of Correction. We have partnered with RepuCare as our subcontractor for substance abuse and rehabilitation services.
We are currently seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to travel to and work at correctional facilities throughout the state of Indiana.
The Physical Therapist restores or works to maintain patient’s current level of independence and physical functionality. The Physical Therapist also alleviates pain and prevents disability or impact of disease by planning and administering medically prescribed interventions.
• Graduate degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program required
• Clear and active Physical Therapy license required
• Must show/obtain current Purified Protein Derivative (PPD) documentation for tuberculosis screening
• Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
• Corrections, forensic, or criminal justice experience preferred
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check
Available Shift: full-time days, Monday- Friday
