Centum Oak Realty is Hiring a Real Estate Brokerage Office Manager Near Bastrop, TX

As an Assistant/Office Manager, you'll be an indispensable part of our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our day-to-day activities. Your expanded responsibilities will include:

  • Communication Management: Check and respond to emails promptly to ensure effective communication with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
  • Appointment Coordination: Schedule appointments, meetings, and viewings, optimizing our team's time and ensuring no conflicts.
  • Errand Coordination: Manage both business and personal errands for the team, demonstrating reliability and discretion.
  • Scheduling: Organize and maintain the team's schedule, including meetings, deadlines, and client follow-ups.
  • Research and Project Support: Conduct minor project research and provide support as needed to advance team objectives.
  • Client Relations: Follow up with clients to nurture relationships, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Team Organization: Keep the team and team lead organized, streamlining processes and communication for efficiency.
  • Lead Management: Manage and track leads, setting up systems to monitor and nurture potential opportunities.
  • Social Media Management: Develop and execute a social media strategy to enhance our brokerage's online presence, including content creation, posting, and engagement across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn). Monitor social media trends and analytics to adjust strategies as needed.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Prior experience in roles such as Office Assistant, Personal Assistant, Receptionist, or Front Desk work. Understanding of real estate or being a licensed agent is preferred but not required. Experience with social media management is a plus.
  • Communication: Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with individuals or groups, including crafting engaging social media content.
  • Time Management: Outstanding time management abilities, with a knack for prioritizing tasks.
  • Strategic Planning: Adept at planning and organizing with a strategic mindset, including developing social media strategies.
  • Adaptability: Flexible and adaptable, with creative thinking skills and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment, including responding to social media trends and feedback.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and social media platforms, with the ability to quickly learn new software.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 8 per week

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Experience:

  • Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Driver's License (Preferred)
