Responsibilities
- Assess and formulate individualized care plans for critically ill patients.
- Monitor vital signs, interpret diagnostic data, and administer medications per protocols.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care and interventions.
- Implement life-saving procedures, such as ventilator management and hemodynamic monitoring.
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and families.
- Document patient information accurately and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
- Valid RN license.
- Bachelor's or associate degree in nursing.
- Cardiothoracic ICU
- Common patient diagnosis: CV surg, Cardiogenic Shock, AAA
- 2 years’ experience required
- ACLS, BLS, NIHSS REQUIRED
- EPIC REQUIRED
