We are seeking qualified candidates with strong accounting and finance experience to work as an Oracle EPM Cloud Financial Planning Senior Consultant. This position will require working in the Oracle Planning Cloud and/or related business processes as a leader as both a functional and technical consultant for customers across various industries. As a Planning Senior Consultant, the primary responsibility of this role is to successfully design and build Planning Cloud solutions and to work with other technical team members in the delivery of EPM solutions while providing leading practice business process solutions to our customers. The expectations of this role are that the candidate should be able to fill the role as an EPM expert as a part of a team and/or independently with limited supervision.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Must have 7 years of Oracle Cloud EPM implementation experience.

• Experience leading at least 7 full lifecycle Oracle Financial Planning Cloud implementations.

• Experience designing, architecting and implementing Oracle Financial Planning Cloud applications.
• Experience implementing prebuilt frameworks and custom frameworks for Financial Planning
• Experience leading a team of consultants and producing/managing deliverables.
• Strong knowledge of the integration with other business processes (e.g. Workforce, Capital, etc.) and Financials for a connected Enterprise Planning business process
• Strong knowledge of EPM Financial Reporting to build and guide leading practice configurations.
• Strong Essbase calculation script and business rules writing skills required
• Contribution to internal thought leadership and intellectual property
• Experience recommending roadmaps and implementation plans.
• Eagerness to managing and mentor project team members.
• Ability to scope project level of effort, assess options, and interact with clients to provide leading practice guidance.
• Ability to travel within the United States, if required by the client
• Experience with Data Management and Enterprise Data Management is a plus
• Experience with other EPM business processes are a plus
