Our clinical research business is more than Diabetes and Endocrinology, we are currently conducting research into Fatty liver/NASH, Orthopedics/Arthritis, Hemochromatosis, Gastroenterology, Dermatology, Obesity, Hypertension, Hyperlipidemia, Vaccines, Viral Diagnostic technology, and the list is always expanding.

The Research Support team are entrepreneurial thinkers who are committed to pushing medicine forward and providing first-in-class service to our patients. The responsibilities of this role are targeted to supporting our Clinical Research Coordinators through various active and upcoming Clinical Research Trials.

• Completing all data entry within 3 days of source completion. (Unless otherwise documented)
• Ensuring that study visit kit prep is completed at least a week out
• Keeping track of inventory of kits and informing the Project manager when supplies are needed
• Helping to resolve queries within a timely manner
• Completing and safeguarding medical records to maintain patient confidentiality
• Following standards and procedures to maintain a safe work environment, complying with all legal regulations, and actively participating in the core values of the business
• Performing administrative tasks including data entry, downloading of diabetic meters and pumps, filing, scheduling and answering patient phone calls and questions
• Data management (EDC, Scans, Binder Upkeep) done within protocol specified timelines
• Query resolution
