Centrical Inc dba Central Services is Hiring a Lighting Technician Near Rochester, NY

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lighting Technician to join our team. As a Lighting Technician, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining lighting equipment for various events and productions. This is a paid position.

Responsibilities:
- Install and set up lighting equipment for events, performances, and productions
- Operate lighting consoles to control and adjust lighting levels, colors, and effects
- Collaborate with the production team to design and execute lighting plans
- Perform routine maintenance on lighting equipment to ensure proper functionality
- Troubleshoot technical issues and make necessary repairs or adjustments
- Coordinate with other technicians and crew members to ensure smooth operation of lighting systems during events
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Lighting Technician or similar role
- Proficient in operating lighting consoles and equipment
- Strong knowledge of lighting techniques, fixtures, and control systems
- Familiarity with electrical systems and safety procedures
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
