About this Opportunity : The Die Setter is directly responsible for the machine set-ups including primary and secondary equipment both scheduled and unscheduled.

Responsibilities :

• Accountable for executing all mold changes according to the production schedule, including emergency changes.
• Ensuring proper setup of all die-related functions such as die watering, knockout, hot runner setup, hydraulics, pneumatics, etc.
• Addressing and repairing any fluid or air leaks associated with the die.
• Managing all die insert changes.
• Handling the pulling and resetting of die halves specifically for repair purposes.
• Maintaining the orderly appearance of all die storage areas.
• Ordering and organizing all die-setting supplies, including removal from molding machines.
• Conducting initial shooting of all die sets where applicable.
• Completing, submitting, and filing all paperwork promptly.
• Adhering to all OSHA and safety regulations.
• Following all USF policies and procedures diligently. Job Requirements / Qualifications :
