The GigaGuide will be the main interface for home builders and subscribers in residential communities. The GigaGuide will be responsible for installing, preparing, and troubleshooting fiber optic cables and systems for Centric Fiber customers.

RESPONSBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2 years of related telecommunications or mass media experience.
• Previous Customer Service experience.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to work hours that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays if necessary.
• Must have the ability to work effectively with a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Up to 100% local market travel and up to 10% travel to all markets in Texas.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prefer college-level training in telecommunications or mass media.

Physical Demands/Work Environment:

• Job requires employee to sit and stand for extended periods of time, lift objects up to 50 lbs, grasp, carry, walk, climb, speak, and listen.
• Work is performed mostly in a controlled office environment; however, work may be performed in customer’s homes as well. This includes installing services in attics or tightly confined spaces.
