Responsibilities

  1. Perform duties outlined in patient's plan of care
  2. TBI SCI rehabilitation
  3. Pediatrics
  4. Geriatrics
  5. Ventilator and Tracheotomy care (Training available)
  6. Gastrostomy tube care
  7. Dispensing medications
  8. Observe client’s physical, mental and emotional conditions.
  9. Report any changes
  10. Document observed changes
  11. Communicates effectively with Clinical team to increase optimal outcomes
  12. Maintains professional nature within the home setting

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Knowledge

  1. Excellent oral and written communication skills
  2. Ability to follow verbal and written instructions 
  3. Ability to utilize computers/tablets and computer software
  4. Current state license as an RN or LPN
  5. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  6. Current negative TB skin test or negative chest X-ray
  7. Current flu vaccine
  8. CPR certified
