We are seeking a Physical Therapist to work PRN in the Fremont-Tiffin area, weekends and weekdays as needed.

The position and location is eligible for :

Requirements :

• Graduate of an approved School of Therapy
• Current license / registration in the State of Ohio
• Experience working within a SNF environment is a plus
