NOTICE OF VACANCY

POSITION: Jr/Sr High School Administrative Assistant (12-month position)

REPORTS TO: Jr/Sr High School Principal

STARTING DATE: May 2024

NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong command of the English language and ability to effectively communicate with all stakeholders.
• Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new programs.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, while projecting a positive attitude to students, staff, and the public.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Desire to help students, staff, and the district succeed.

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of Associate’s Degree and two to three years of related professional experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 
• Familiarity with student information systems (SIS).

SALARY & BENEFITS: As per terms of employment.
