Part-Time Disability Van Driver/Direct Services Provider (DSP)

Douglas County, Arapahoe County, Aurora, Centennial & Denver

Hourly Pay: $19 (Depends on Experience)

Mondays and Thursdays; 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM

CentrePoint Support Living is proud to employ individuals for the disability van driver/direct services provider position from a variety of backgrounds who are committed to building a stronger community and improving lives. The clients are taken out into the community to various activities such as local attractions (zoo), arcade games, bowling, movies, museums, parks, sporting events, swimming, rec centers, and volunteer events. The main goal is to help them be a part of the community and increase their social skills.

DRIVER QUALIFICATIONS

• Preferably 25 years of age
• Legally licensed to operate a vehicle
• No-more than 2 moving violations in 3 years
• No DUI (Driving Under Influence) history in past 10 years
• Must pass a criminal background check, as a condition of employment
• No Felony convictions within the past 10 years
• No history of sex crime
• No history of violent crime
• No convictions for drugs or alcohol within the past 10 years
• Will not wear headphones while performing the disability van driving duties
• The driver will properly secure all wheelchairs and passengers before moving the vehicle

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 per week
