We are seeking skilled & entry level Voice and Data Cabling Installers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing voice and data cabling systems in commercial settings. This role requires technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

**Responsibilities:**

- Install voice and data cabling systems according to specifications and industry standards.

- Troubleshoot and repair existing cabling infrastructure as needed.

- Test and certify installed cabling systems to ensure performance and reliability.

- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time and within budget.

- Provide technical support to customers and end-users as required.

- Maintain accurate documentation of installations, repairs, and maintenance activities.

- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

**Requirements:**

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training preferred.

- Proven experience in voice and data cabling installation and maintenance.

- Strong knowledge of industry standards and best practices for cabling infrastructure.

- Proficiency in using testing equipment such as cable testers, tone generators, and certification tools.

- Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints.

- Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
