Central Washington Management Group is now accepting applications (seasonal) for one of our managed properties, Crescent Bar Recreation Area.

Park Cleaner members are responsible for every aspect of the day-to-day clean-up of Crescent Bar Recreation area. This includes key functions, such as cleaning bathrooms, removing debris, emptying trash receptacles, and keeping the property neat and tidy.

Job duties include but are not limited to the following:

• Clean and restock restrooms.

• Perform daily garbage collection and litter control.

• Pick up litter and clean trails, parking lots, and parks.

• Pick up litter and remove trash from beaches.

• Clean pavilions, picnic areas, and BBQ grills

• Clean and deliver golf carts to Pro Shop

• Sweep and clean sidewalks around buildings.

• Pull weeds in flower beds and around buildings.

• Provide excellent customer service to guests and coworkers.

• Follow all company policies and procedures.

All potential candidates must have a valid driver’s license, are able to follow verbal and written instructions, and are willing to perform manual labor outside in all conditions and want to work as a part of a team.

This position is seasonal, anticipated to end in late September.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.50 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

• Outdoor work

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• Every weekend
• Monday to Friday
