The day in the life of a Patient Representative:
Each day you will be responsible for scheduling patients on the phone and in person, checking patients in/out, verifying insurance, collecting/posting payments, and other administrative duties. You will have the opportunity to meet new people each day and welcome them to the CTPO family!
