Responsible for a wide variety of activities such as repairs and cleaning to ensure that Central Tech facilities are clean and functional at all times.RESPONSIBLE TO: Operations CoordinatorSKILLS REQUIRED: Being reliable and self-motivated with a keen eye for detail is essential in this job. An ideal candidate will have significant work experience and solid technical knowledge. Manual dexterity and physical stamina are necessary for this work.EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Proven experience as a maintenance worker or similar position, preferably in a school setting. Basic knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical Systems, and locks and key cylinders. Experience with drywall and repairs along with floor and wall painting. Experience working with tools, including hand tools as well as drain cleaners and other pieces of maintenance equipment.
