Qualified candidate will:

*Prepare/review proposed project bids in accordance with company bidding procedures, with essential overall cost accuracy

*Make site visits to collect bidding information if needed
*Read and do takeoffs from Plans/Specs for new/re-roof projects
*Proficient in Xactimate preferred
*Controlling and Prioritizing multiple activities while handling multiple projects.
*Participate in post-job review/analysis of actual cost to estimated costs for use on future project estimates.

Requirements

**Understanding of commercial/industrial roofing system design and installation, code compliance and manufacturer requirements for warranty.
**Experience in reviewing engineering/architectural drawings, specifications, monitoring job
progress and compliance with plans and schedules.
**Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Outlook, Power Point, Word.
**Must be motivated and a "Self-Starter"
**Must be team orientated.
