This entry-level position is a paid training opportunity for individuals with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn the skills needed to transition into our sheet metal apprenticeship program. 

As a Sheet Metal Laborer you will learn the foundational elements of: 

• Planning the layout of, repairing, and installation of sheet metal products and parts.
• Putting your technical and mathematical skills to use operating tools and machines and taking measurements according to blueprints.
• This role will be great for anyone who wants to make the most of their abilities and grow with a company that offers a unique opportunity to be part of an excellent apprenticeship program and is committed to employee development, and employee appreciation!

QUALIFICATIONS

• Understands the value of safety
• Compliance with Central's drug free work-place policy
• Ability to lift heavy materials and tools
• Must be able to read and interpret blueprints
• Math skills are a must
