Location: Central Oregon Gymnastics Academy

Responsibilities:

• Lead and instruct boy's tricking, tumbling & movement classes for boys ranging from 6-12 years old.
• Create a safe, positive, and encouraging environment for kids to learn and grow.
• Implement age-appropriate tricking/tumbling/moment curriculum and lesson plans.
• Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students to help them improve their skills.
• Foster a love for sports and physical activity for the kids of Central Oregon.

Requirements:

• High energy and enthusiastic personality with experience and passion for working with children.
• Previous experience working with children in a coaching or teaching capacity.
• Familiarity with tumbling/tricking/parkour techniques, terminology, and safety practices preferred but not required. We can teach the right person!
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and skill levels.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and committed to providing exceptional instruction to our students.

Compensation:

• Hourly pay rate: $20-$23 per hour, based on experience.
