Outdoor Supply Hardware in Berkeley is looking for a Team Lead for the Hardware and Plumbing. This position is a key part of the overall success of the store. We are growing and need people who can grow with us. 

Salary Range 21 to 25 depending on ecp;erience

Qualified candidates will have:

• Extensive knowledge of hardware, plumbing so as to provide excellent service to our customers
• Ability to train, develop and direct other employees to grow and maintain a successful business
• Knowledge and selling skill to help customers purchase the correct hand or power tools for their job and budget and instruct in safe usage
• Ability to build merchandise displays that attract customers to shop in our store.

• Constant attention to maintaining a clean and organized area, with special attention to the weather and greenhouse conditions.
