ShowMe Healthy Relationships (SMHR) Program Support Coach needed to work in Columbia with travel throughout the state. Responsible for providing supportive services to enable successful participant completion of the SMHR Program. The role includes recruitment, participant intake activities, assessments, and goal support as well as data collection and analysis for reporting purposes. Works with the team to help plan and administer group and individual training sessions that provide support, motivation, and relationship skills. Position offers a flexible schedule and requires some evening and weekend work. Will need to be able to travel. Pay is $19 per hour.

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Post-secondary training or education in a social service field is preferred with at least three years experience working with family engagement, family services, or family education.
• Experience training or coaching is preferred.
• Advanced level and knowledge of Microsoft Office computer software.
• Excellent communication and teambuilding skills.
