HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT

• Promote recovery and psychiatric stability using established rehabilitative principles and best practices
• Coordinate services with agency and community providers including making referrals and reaching out to clients to enroll
• Connecting clients with needed resources and helping address barriers to accessing services to increase support, decrease mental health symptom and barriers, and increase integration with their local community
• Coordinate with offsite team members utilizing email, phone and video as necessary
