The ideal candidate for this position has experience as a medical receptionist in a medical practice or a medical center’s clinical area and has a passion for supporting the health of the community. A minimum of one year experience as a medical receptionist at an inpatient or preferably outpatient practice is required.
The medical receptionist is responsible for answering phones and directing calls to the appropriate medical professional, filing paperwork and communicating with patients, guardians and medical professionals.
