This is a full-time, 36 hours per week, benefit eligible position. What you’ll do: performs routine and complex procedures in blood bank, chemistry, hematology, serology, microbiology, urinalysis, and phlebotomy. obtains and receives specimens, performs clinical laboratory tests by standardized procedures, understands method principles, performs quality control, performs preventative maintenance, and interprets results as to accuracy, acceptability, and critical limits. works independently, organizes work to meet established deadlines, records all data obtained, and maintains job competence. Performs routine and specialized clinical laboratory procedures according to established standards and procedures, using proper technique and equipment in the performance of duties to assure biological and physical safety and accuracy. effective communication and interpersonal skills.
