Central Lawn & Landscape is Hiring a Landscape Foreman Near Hinckley, OH

Landscape installation and renovation, hardscape installation, proper upkeep of established
landscaping, etc. for Commercial Properties, Home Owners Associations and Residential Properties.

Qualifications:

  • A valid driver’s license is Required.
  • Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
  • Prior commercial & residential landscape experience is Required.
  • Knowledge of plants, hardscape, excavating, grading, drainage and snow removal preferred.
  • Ability to effectively communicate, present information and respond to questions, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to organize, multi-task, plan and set priorities and supervise a small crew.
  • Ability to work independently and in team settings.
  • Ability to exercise good judgment with a strong attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
  • Provides proper upkeep of sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, fountains, planters, and other ground features.
  • Develops and maintains excellent customer service with current and potential clients.
  • Assists with snow removal, when necessary.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned by Management.

Work Environment: This position requires physical abilities such as strength, manual dexterity, and must be able to perform all required functions of this position. While performing the duties of this job, the Foreman is regularly required to stand, walk, bend, lift, crouch, reach, stoop, crawl or kneel. The position is regularly exposed to outdoor environmental conditions including extreme hot and cold conditions. Additional working conditions may include inadequate lighting, restricted movement and dirty/wet worksites.
This position may be required to work on weekends and holidays. Due to seasonal nature of work, some peak load situations may arise.

Working Relationships: The Landscape Foreman will work closely Operations Manager, Owners, other Landscape Crew Members, Office Manager, Lawn Care Technicians. At all times, the Landscape Foreman is a representative of Central Lawn & Landscape and will conduct him/herself in an appropriate manner.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 10 hour shift
  • 12 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

License/Certification:

  • Driver's License (Required)
