Job Description:
Central Guards Security is seeking a responsible and reliable individual to join our team as a Campus Security Team Lead. As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the security operations during your shift and managing a team of two security officers. Your primary duties will include patrolling the campus, monitoring security systems, responding to incidents, and ensuring the safety and security of students, faculty, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage a team of two security officers.
• Patrol campus grounds and buildings to ensure safety and security.
• Monitor security systems and surveillance equipment.
• Respond to alarms and incidents, providing assistance as needed.
• Enforce campus policies and procedures.
• Write detailed reports on incidents and activities.
• Provide excellent customer service to students, faculty, staff, and visitors.
• Train and mentor security officers as needed.
• Coordinate with campus administration and law enforcement as necessary.

Requirements:

• No prior experience needed; training will be provided.
• Must pass a background check and drug test.
• Must obtain a guard card (we will assist with the process).
• Strong communication and leadership skills are essential.
• Reliable means of transportation is required.
